Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture, and career development on employee job satisfaction at Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri Area Greenville West Jakarta. The population analyzed in this study were 130 Frontliner employees of PT Bank Mandiri Area Greenville West Jakarta. The number of samples analyzed were 100 employees. Data analysis was performed using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The advice given for this research is that PT. Bank Mandiri Area Greenville West Jakarta is able to increase the willingness of employees to work hard by increasing and paying attention to the needs of work space, such as providing comfort with provide training according to the duties of each employee, an organizational culture that must be built properly by each individual, and be open to employee career development. Keywords: Training, Organizational Culture, Career Development, Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri Area Greenville Jakarta Barat. Populasi yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri Area Greenville Jakarta Barat sebanyak 130 karyawan. Adapun jumlah sampel yang dianalisis sebanyak 100 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian ini agar PT. Bank Mandiri Area Greenville Jakarta Barat mampu meningkatkan kemauan karyawan untuk bekerja keras dengan meningkatkan dan memperhatikan kebutuhan ruang kerja, seperti memberikan kenyamanan dengan memberikan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan tugas masingmasing karyawan, budaya organisasi yang harus dibangun dengan baik oleh setiap individu, dan terbuka dalam pengembangan karir karyawan.
