Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, communication, and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is an employee of Bappeda Kanupaten West Lampung. This research was conducted on 37 employees of Bappeda West Lampung Regency using a quantitative descriptive approach. The use of sample size using saturated samples is taking all the population of Bappeda employees of West Lampung Regency. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS data analysis tool. This research proves that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Communication, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi, dan disipilin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bappeda Kanupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 37 pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Lampung Barat dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penggunaan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh popilasi pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan isntrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis data Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
