Abstract

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational culture, and work involvement on organizational commitment (study on employees of PT Abi Natha Mugia). This research was conducted from December 2022 to Januari 2023, the population in this study were 68 employees. The research design uses a causal research method with the measurement of the variables used is the linkert scale, wich is a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire and the type of data is in the form of primary data. Data processing is done with Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The results showed that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Keywords: Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Involvement, and Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi (studi pada karyawan PT Abi Natha Mugia). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desember 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 68 orang karyawan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kausal dengan pengukuran variabel yang digunakan adalah skala linkert yaitu teknik pengumupulan data berupa kuesioner dan jenis datanya berupa data primer. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi.
