Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational communication, and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Prosperous. In this study the independent variables consist of Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Job Stress, and the dependent variable is Employee Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Prosperous The sample in this study amounted to 70 employees. Calculate based on slovin's formula. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partical Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keyword : Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, Job Stress, Employee Performace Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Stres Kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 karyawan. Hitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partical Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3, dengan instrrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
