Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and workload on employee performance. The population in this study were 133 crew PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aeroasia Tbk, the sample used is 100 crew. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis usingPartial Least Square. This study proves that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Activities, Workload, Employee Performance, Crew. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 crew PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aeroasia Tbk, sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 crew. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
