Abstract
National road infrastructure assets are the responsibility of BBPJN / BPJN which manages the performance of national road services towards a stable, comfortable, safe, efficient and effective condition so that national roads can serve traffic until the design age. The National Road in Jambi Province is an asset for the people of Jambi Province and its surroundings for the mobility of people, goods and services. Proper maintenance needs to be considered for the convenience of using road infrastructure, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the performance of contractors and supervisory consultants on long segment-based national road maintenance in Jambi Province. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to assess the level of influence of the contractor and supervisory consultant on the incident and then analyzed using the SPSS 2.5 program. A case study using the Statistical analysis method was also carried out, to find out how much influence the contractor and supervisory consultant had on road maintenance. based on this long segment. The case study was conducted on a Long Segment-based road maintenance project in Jambi province. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the performance of contractors as implementers in the field had a greater influence with 52.4%, these results indicate that contractors have an important role in maintaining long segment-based national roads in Jambi Province. While supervisory consultants have a smaller influence than contractors at 30.3%, this difference in influence is also supported by data on road performance indicators from the Directorate of Road Preservation (2017) which tends to focus on implementation activities in the field that must comply with applicable standards, and The performance of contractors and supervisory consultants as a whole is quite influential on the maintenance of long segment-based national roads in Jambi Province, this is supported by the results of research data showing the magnitude of the influence of the performance of contractors and supervisory consultants, which is 56.5%. Keywords: Contractor, Consultant, Maintenance, Long segment Aset infrastruktur jalan nasional merupakan tanggung jawab BBPJN / BPJN yang mengelola kinerja pelayanan jalan nasional menuju kondisi mantap, nyaman, selamat, berdayaguna dan berhasilguna agar jalan nasional dapat melayani lalu lintas hingga umur rencana. Jalan Nasional di Provinsi Jambi merupakan aset masyarakat Provinsi Jambi dan sekitarnya untuk mobilitas orang, barang dan jasa. Perawata yang layak perlu diperhatikan untuk kenyamanan penggunaan infrastruktur jalan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kinerja Kontraktor dan Konsultan Pengawas Terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek Pemeliharaan Jalan Nasional Berbasis Kontrak Long Segment di Provinsi Jambi Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menilai tingkat pengaruh kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas paa pristiwa tersebut dan kemudian dianalisis mengunakan program SPSS 25. Studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode Analisis statistik juga dilakukan, untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas terhadap pemeliharaan jalan berbasis long segment ini. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Proyek pemeliharaan jalan berbasis Long Segment di provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil kajian didapatkan bahwa Kinerja kontraktor sebagai pelaksana dilapangan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dengan 52,4%, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa kontraktor memiliki peran penting terhadap pemeliharaan jalan nasional berbasis long segment di Provinsi Jambi. Sedangkan Konsultan pengawas memiliki pengaruh lebih kecil di banding kontraktor yaitu sebesar 30,3%, perbedaan pengaruh ini juga didukung oleh data indikator kinerja jalan dari Direktorat Preservasi Jalan (2017) yang cenderung berfokus kepada aktivitas pelaksanaan di lapangan yang harus sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku , dan Kinerja kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas secara keseluruhan cukup berpengaruh terhadap pemeliharaan jalan nasional berbasis long segment di Provinsi Jambi, hal ini didukung dengan hasil data penelitian yang menunjukan besarnya pengaruh kinerja kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas yaitu sebesar 56,5% .
