Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Tangerang branch. This research design uses a causal research design. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with the population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Tangerang Branch, as many as 51 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that compensation, work motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the research results, it is recommended to PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Tangerang Branch to hold joint recreational events, improve employee quality by conducting training, increase work standards and work targets, provide additional different responsibilities for each employee, and increase the availability of workplace facilities such as printers, computers, internet networks, office stationery, and others. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Cabang Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap bagian penjualan PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Cabang Tangerang sebanyak 51 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian direkomdendasikan kepada PT Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Cabang Tangerang untuk mengadakan acara rekreasi bersama, meningkatkan kualitas karyawan dengan mengadakan pelatihan, meningkatkan standar kerja, target kerja, memberikan tambahan tanggung jawab yang berbeda bagi setiap karyawan, meningkatkan ketersediaan fasilitas di tempat kerja seperti printer, komputer, jaringan internet, alat tulis kantor dan lain-lain.
