Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Workload, Career Development, and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Inti Dufree Promosindo. The population in this study were all employees of PT Inti Dufree Promosindo. The sampling technique was saturated sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 60 respondents. The research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) . The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the workload received by the employee, the higher the employee's turnover intention. Career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the career development received by the employee, the lower the employee's turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the compensation received by employees will be able to reduce turnover intention in employees. From the research results, it is recommended to PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in line with the increase in workload, the company needs to increase the number of workers needed, this is intended so that the excessive workload felt by workers can be reduced and workers can do work according to their jobdesk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT Inti Dufree Promosindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Inti Dufree Promosindo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi beban kerja yang diterima oleh karyawan akan dapat meningkatkan turnover intention pada karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengembangan karir yang diterima oleh karyawan akan dapat menurunkan turnover intention pada karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompensasi yang diterima oleh karyawan akan dapat menurunkan turnover intention pada karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo seiring dengan penambahan beban kerja maka perusahaan perlu menambah jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan, hal ini bertujuan agar beban kerja yang berlebih yang dirasakan pekerja dapat berkurang dan pekerja dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan jobdesk nya.
