Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of work stress, work discipline and work life balance on the organizational commitment of PT. Sarana Global Telecom. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT. Sarana Global Telecom. This study was conducted on 35 respondents using a quantitative causal approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population are 35 peoples. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. Based on the analysis in this study, it was found that work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Stress, Work Discipline, Work Life Balance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh “Stress Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi karyawan di PT. Sarana Global Telecom”. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Sarana Global Telecom. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausal kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 35 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi.
