Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation and discipline on the performance of millennial generation employees. The population in the study were all residents of the millennial generation in Kalong II village, Bogor district. The research sample is 60 people. The sampling method used is Non-Probabability Sampling and the Sampling Technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection method uses the survey method with the data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data was processed using SmartPLS version 3 and the Data Analysis Method with PLS-SEM. Finally, the results of this study conclude that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance; Work Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance.- Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Milenial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh warga generasi milenial pada desa Kalong II, kabupaten Bogor. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang. Metode Sampling yang dipakai adalah Non-Probabability Sampling dan Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Metode Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Metode Survei dengan Instrumen Pengumpulan Data berupa Kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data diolah melalui SmartPLS versi 3 serta Metode Analisis Data dengan PLS-SEM. Akhirnya, Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.- Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
