Abstract

The progress of the Industrial Era 4.0 revolution in Indonesia today is a challenge to change various conventional business models. the modern era, there are many applications that can be used as investment media. By having good financial literacy, financial attitude, cognitive bias, and illusion control, it is hoped that one can make investment decisions with maximum returns and will not be easily fooled by fraudulent investments that are increasing among the public. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, cognitive bias, and illusion control on investment decisions for Mercu Buana Management Undergraduate Students in 2019-2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theory used in analyzing this phenomenon is theory Behavior Finance. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with SPSS version 26. Total population of 1.126 with using the simple random sampling method and using the slovin formula then the data were100 student respondents tested. The results of this study show that financial literacy, financial attitude, cognitive bias, and illusion of control have a positive and significant effect on making investment decisions on the 100 students tested. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude, Cognitive Bias, Illusion of Control, Behavior Finance and Investment Decision Kemajuan Era Industri 4.0 di Indonesia saat ini, merupakan suatu tantangan untuk mengubah berbagai model bisnis konvensional. Era modern, banyak aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai media investasi. Seperti halnya aplikasi Ajaib. Dengan memiliki literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, bias Cognitive, dan illusion control yang baik, diharapkan seseorang dapat menentukan keputusan investasi dengan tidak akan mudah tertipu dengan sisi lain investasi bodong yang semakin meningkat di kalangan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, bias Cognitive, dan illusion control berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi pada Mahasiswa Mercu Buana Manajemen S1 tahun 2019 -2020 selama pandemi Covid – 19. Menggunakan teori perilaku keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan SPSS versi 26.Dengan total populasi sebanyak 1.126 dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin dan data yang di uji sebanyak 100 responden.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan , bias cognitive, dan illusion of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam melakukan keputusan investasi terhadap 100 mahasiswa yang di uji.
