Abstract
The BCA Sunter Mall KCU Project was designed by PT. The Creative Five Forum as architectural consultant appointed by PT. Bank Central Asia as the owner. This building was designed as a bank as well as an office to accommodate BCA banking activities at the sunter mall branch, which is the main branch office. According to the source, the building was built because the old building which is currently located at Sunter Mall has been unable to accommodate growing consumers. The hope of Bank BCA itself with this new building is that Bank BCA can improve service to consumers and increase company profits. The visible concept of this building is designed with the characteristics of the BCA building. These characteristics can be seen in the middle area of the front look like a canopy with finish ACP silver supported by 2 round columns that are aspirated with stainless steel mirrors and on the upper part of the canopy are glass curtain wall surrounded by silver and blue ACP finishing. Forum Lima Kreasi selaku konsultan arsitektur yang telah ditunjuk oleh PT. Bank Central Asia selaku owner. Bangunan ini dirancang sebagai bank sekaligus kantor untuk menampung kegiatan perbankan BCA cabang sunter mall, yang merupakan kantor cabang utama. Menurut narasumber, bangunan ini dibangun dikarenakan bangunan lama yang saat ini berlokasi di Sunter Mall sudah tidak dapat menampung konsumen yang terus bertambah. Harapan dari Bank BCA sendiri dengan bangunan baru ini Bank BCA dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen dan meningkatkan profit perusahaan. Adapun konsep tampak dari bangunan ini dirancang dengan ciri khas bangunan gedung BCA. Ciri khas tersebut dapat dilihat pada area tengah tampak depan seperti kanopi dengan finish ACP warna silver yang ditopang dengan 2 kolom bulat yang dilaspisi dengan stainless steel mirror dan pada bagian atas kanopi diberi kaca curtain wall yang dikelilingi gate dengan finishing ACP berwarna silver dan biru.
