Abstract
The main problem in this study is the researchers want to measure and analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation and motivation of the employees ' performance of The Flammable PZ. Cussons Indonesia method that researchers use in research is a linear regression analysis. It aims to test the influence of the dependent variable to the independent variable. This method is also used to get the results, the data is valid and reliability in order to be found proven and developed so that the knowledge can be used to understand, anticipate and solve problems within the Organization. Through data analysis results obtained information that the organizational culture, compensation and motivation together influential Employee performance significantly to The Flammable PZ. Cussons Indonesia. The conclusion is the organizational culture, compensation and motivation affects employee performance. This means that, organizational culture, motivation and compensation contributes to Employee performance and simultaneous partially, although generally not fully based on the dimensions of organizational culture, compensation, and motivation. Key Word: Organizational Culture, Compensation, Motivation, Performance Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengukur dan menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan Departemen Flammable PZ. Cussons Indonesia Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Metode ini juga digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil, data valid dan reliabel agar dapat ditemukan dibuktikan dan dikembangkan sehingga pengetahuan yang dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan dan mengantisipasi masalah dalam organisasi. Melalui hasil analisis data diperoleh informasi bahwa budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan Departemen Flammable PZ. Cussons Indonesia. Kesimpulannya adalah budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Ini berarti bahwa budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja Karyawan secara parsial dan simultan, meskipun umumnya tidak sepenuhnya didasarkan pada dimensi dari budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan motivasi.
