Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict and burnout on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Impero Pratama Sakti. The population of this study amounted to 100 employees. With the saturated sample method, all of the population is sampled. The data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study shows that Role Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Role conflict has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, and Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Work Stressed. Keywords: Role Conflict, Burnout, Turnover Intention, Work Stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Role conflict dan burnout terhadap turnover intention dengan work stress sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Impero Pratama Sakti. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan. Dengan metode sample jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakanadalah metode survey dengan instrument penelitian kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Role Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Work Stress berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Role conflict berpengaruh positifdan signifikan Terhadap Work Stress, dan Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Stress.
