Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational communication on work engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT Bahari Tegal. The population of this study amounted to 73 employees. And the sample used was 73 employees at PT Bahari Tegal. The sampling method used is the saturated sample. The data collection method is a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on work engagement. Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Organizational Communication, Work Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap work engagement. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bahari Tegal. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 73 karyawan. Dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 karyawan pada PT Bahari Tegal. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan ialah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data ialah metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian ialah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Work Engagement.
