Abstract
Congestion is a common problem in most Indonesian cities. So far, the problem of congestion in major cities in Indonesia has often been addressed through practical approaches such as expanding or increasing the length of the road. Currently, many developers are innovating through the application of concepts that encourage integration between land and transport users. One of the concepts used in major cities in the world is Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Cibubur is an area that will develop the concept of TOD and Support Facility in the Transit Oriented Area (KBT) by establishing a hotel and Design, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition (MICE) in the area by promoting the concept of eco-friendly green architecture, so that simplifying the needs of the people around the KBT. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development, Transit Oriented Area , Hotel, MICE, Green Architecture Kemacetan merupakan permasalahan umum yang terjadi di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, Selama ini pemecahan permasalahan kemacetan di kota-kota besar di Indonesia sering kali hanya di atasi melalui pendekatan praktis seperti pelebaran maupun penambahan panjang jalan. Saat ini pengembang banyak melakukan inovatif melalui penerapan konsep-konsep yang mengedepankan integrasi antara pengguna lahan dengan transportasi. Salah satu konsep yang diterapkan di kota-kota besar di dunia adalah Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Cibubur merupakan wilayah yang akan mengembangkan konsep TOD dan Fasilitas Pendukung pada Kawasan Berorientasi Transit (KBT) dengan menciptakan sebuah rancangan bangunan akomodasi bersifat Hotel dan Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exibition (MICE) pada kawasan tersebut dengan mengedepankan konsep arsitektur hijau yang ramah lingkungan, sehingga dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan para penduduk yang berada di sekitaran KBT. Kata kunci : Transit Oriented Development, Kawasan Berorientasi Transit , Hotel, MICE, Arsitektur Hijau.
