Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze work motivation, job satisfaction, work spirit on employee productivity in CV. Fitri Frozen Food. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is the employees of CV. Fitri Frozen Food as many as 30 employees. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, work spirit, work productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, semangat kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan CV. Fitri Frozen Food, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode desktriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Fitri Frozen Food sebanyak 30 karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja. Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja. Kata kunci : Motivasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja, Semangat kerja, Produktifitas kerja
