Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and dividend policy on the value of the company. The object of this research is the Manufacturing Company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. This research was done on 26 sample companies using quantitative data so the number of samples for 5 years was 130. The analytical test conducted in this study is regression methods using SPSS 25 software. The results of this research shows that profitability as proxied by Return On Asset, leverage as proxied by Debt To Asset Ratio and dividend policy as proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio had effect on firm value as proxied by Price to Book Value. Keywords : profitability, leverage, dividend policy, firm value Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 26 sampel perusahaan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif sehingga jumlah sampel selama 5 tahun adalah 130. Uji analisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, demikian pula leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt To Asset Ratio dan kebijakan dividen yang diproksikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value.
