Abstract

Over time construction projects become more complex and undergo many changes. One that can hamper a construction project is reprocessing. Repeat jobs have a bad impact on building construction projects, such things will cause the work to be hampered, and often also cause great losses to construction service companies The purpose of this study is to find out the indicators that cause re-work and to know the dominant factor of the work again and to know how to minimize the re-work Data used in this research is data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents, interviews and field discussions using a combination approach method that is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. After that the data will be processed with SPSS 17.0. The result of the research shows that the most dominant cause of repetition indicator indicates that there "Mistakes and negligence / carelessness of workers". How to minimize it, namely: always improve the skills & knowledge of the workforce implement good quality work, make work methods complete & detailed, make an explanation when the work will start. Keywords: Construction, Rework, SPSS Seiring berjalannya waktu proyek konstruksi semakin kompleks dan mengalami banyak perubahan. Salah satu yang dapat menghambat suatu proyek kontruksi adalah pekerjaan ulang. Pekerjaan ulang memberikan dampak yang buruk terhadap proyek konstruksi gedung, Hal seperti itu akan menyebabkan pekerjaan menjadi terhambat, dan sering juga menimbulkan kerugian yang besar pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui indikator yang menyebabkan pekerjaan ulang dan mengetahui faktor dominan pekerjaan ulang serta mengetahui cara meminimalisir pekerjaan ulang Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada 40 responden, wawancara dan diskusi lapangan menggunakan metode pendekatan kombinasi yaitu gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Setelah itu data akan diolah dengan SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator penyebab pekerjaan ulang yang paling dominan yaitu “Kesalahan dan kelalaian/kecerobohan pekerja”. Cara meminimalisirnya adalah : selalu meningkatkan keterampilan & knowledge tenaga kerja, menerapkan quality kerja yang baik, membuat metode kerja yang lengkap & detail, membuat penjelasan pada saat pekerjaan akan dimulai.
