Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity and activity ratio on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The sample selection used in this study used a purposive sampling method which limited the selection of 11 samples based on certain criteria. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is the panel data regression analysis method with the help of Eviews 10 software. This study proves that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on Firm Value (PBV). Return On Equity (ROE) has no effect on Firm Value (PBV). Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Firm Value (PBV). And Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) has a positive effect on Firm Value (PBV). Keywords: Firm Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2015-2020. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang membatasi pemilihan 11 sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh dan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO).
