Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan implementasi dalam program CSR yang dilaksanakan guna membuat tata Kelola perusahaan lebih baik. Di karenakan aktivitas perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan yang pasti mengganggu lingkungan sekitar pabrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi CSR yang dilaksanakan PT.Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep dari Wibisono (2007: 121-124 Membedah konsep dan aplikasi CSR), dengan menerapkan 4 konsep yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi dan pelaporan. jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan menggunakan cara merduksi data-data yang di dapat yang berhubungan dengan CSR. Dan disajikan dalam penelitian dan disimpulkan dengan dalam hasil penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma kontruktivisme. Hasil dari penelitian ini, kegiatan CSR di PT.Indocement dilakukan secara mixed tipe yaitu dijalankan oleh pihak internal tapi juga pihak eksternal dengan menjalankan kerja sama antara masyarakat, pemerintah dan pihak koperasi dalam melaksanakan implementasi CSR. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keberhasilan sejumlah mitra yang tergabung dalam program desa binaan melalui kegiatan umkm tersebut dan mampu menaikan nilai perusahaan di pandangan masyarakat. dan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Thisis due to the activities of companies engaged in mining which inevitably disturb the environment around the factory. This study aims to determine how the implementation of CSR implemented by PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. This study uses the concept of Wibisono (2007: 121-124 Dissecting the concept and application of CSR), by applying 4 concepts, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. the type of research in this study is a qualitative research conducted by reducing the data obtained related to CSR. And presented in the study and concluded with the results of the study. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with constructivism paradigm. The results of this study, the implementation of CSR activities at PT. Indocement is carried out in a mixed type, namely carried out by internal parties but also external parties by carrying out cooperation between the community, government and cooperatives in implementing CSR implementation. This is evidenced by the success of a number of partners who are members of the assisted village programs through these MSME activities and are able to increase the value of the company in the eyes of the community. then this activity is carried out on an ongoing basis.
