Abstract
ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 secara tidak langsung telah mendorong perubahan gaya bisnis baru di Indonesia. Perubahan adalah peralihan dari bisnis offline ke bisnis digital juga dikenal sebagai fenomena kewirausahaan digital. Media sosial dapat memudahkan pelaku UMKM mendapatkan saluran komunikasi yang lebih luas, namun hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi pelaku UMKM yang masih mengandalkan penjualan secara langsung. Komunitas UMKM Pondok Melati Bekasi terdaftar di Kelurahan serta Dinas Koperasi dan memiliki 110 anggota UMKM yang bergerak dibidang fashion, kerajinan tangan, makanan dan minuman. Namun dalam perkembangannya Komunitas UMKM Pondok Melati menghadapi permasalahan berkaitan dengan keterbatasan dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi serta memperkenalkan produknya kepada stakeholder melalui media online. Hal itu dikarenakan pelaku UMKM masih terkendala dalam membuat konten, serta mengelola akun media online. Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM Pondok Melati mengenai bagaimana mengimplementasikan Tools Cyber Public Relations melalui desain grafis di Instagram, yang betujuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan stakeholder dan memperkenalkan usaha pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan berupa komunikasi interaktif, tanya jawab, diskusi, praktek pembuatan konten melalui desain grafis di Instagram, monitoring dan pendampingan selama kurun waktu 2 bulan. Program Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri telah dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan dan terlaksana sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dari total 16 peserta yaitu pelaku UMKM hasil kegiatannya yakni 14 peserta berhasil dan 2 peserta cukup berhasil mengimplemetasikan Tools Cyber Public Relations melalui desain grafis untuk berkomunikasi dengan stakeholder-nya di Instagram. Kata Kunci: Cyber Public Relations, Desain Grafis, Instagram, UMKM ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly prompted changes in new business styles in Indonesia. Change is the transition from an offline business to a digital business also known as the phenomenon of digital entrepreneurship. Social media can make it easier for MSME actors to get wider communication channels, but this is a challenge for MSME actors who still rely on direct sales. The MSME Community of Pondok Melati Bekasi is registered in the Kelurahan and the Cooperative Service and has 110 MSME members engaged in fashion, handicrafts, food and beverages. However, in its development the Pondok Melati MSME Community faced problems related to limitations in mastering information technology and introducing their products to stakeholders media online. This is because MSME actors are still constrained in creating content, as well as managing online. This Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri Project aims to provide education, training and assistance to MSME actors in Pondok Melati regarding how to implement Cyber Public Relations Tools through graphic design on Instagram, which aims to communicate with stakeholders and introduce MSME business actors. The method used is interactive communication, question and answer, discussion, practice of creating content through graphic design on Instagram, monitoring and mentoring for a period of 2 months. This Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri Project program has been implemented as a whole and carried out as expected. From a total of 16 participants, namely MSME actors, the results of their activities were 14 successful participants and 2 participants were quite successful in implementing Cyber Public Relations Tools through graphic design to communicate with their stakeholderson Instagram.
