Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Service Quality and Trust on Purchase Decisions on the Traveloka site. The method used in this research is quantitative. The object of research is the Traveloka company with a population of all Traveloka users who live in DKI Jakarta with a sample of 168 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square version 3.0. This study proves that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Traveloka during the Covid-19 pandemic, service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Traveloka during the Covid-19 pandemic, trust positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Traveloka during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: electronic word of mouth, service quality, trust. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Getok Tular Elektronik, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada situs Traveloka. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan Traveloka dengan populasi adalah seluruh pengguna Traveloka yang tinggal di DKI Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 168 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa getok tular elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Traveloka saat pandemi Covid-19, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Traveloka saat pandemi Covid-19, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Traveloka saat pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: getok tular elektronik, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan.
