Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, Work Motivation on Employee Performance and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood Cbp Sukses Makmur Tbk. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Indofood Cbp Sukses Makmur Tbk. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS statistical software. Based on the statistical t test, it can be concluded that: 1) Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance 2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 3) Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Indofood Cbp Sukses Makmur Tbk cabang Jakarta Barat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indofood Cbp Sukses Makmur Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS. Berdasarkan uji t statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
