Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah. The research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and the research population came from employees of PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah with a population of 65 employees. The data analysis method uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that work motivation, organizational climate and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan populasi penelitian berasal dari karyawan PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah dengan jumlah populasi 65 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah.
