Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. The population in this study is 87 employees of PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. The sample used in the study is all the employee population of PT. Resik Comfortable and Prosperous as many as 87 people. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique with the determinant coefficient test (R2 ) and the path coefficient test, through the Smart PLS 3.0, statistical software with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that compensation, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with an influence value of 66.4%. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada tenaga kerja PT. resik Nyaman Sejahtera. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 87 orang karyawan PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. Jumlah sempel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan semua populasi karyawan PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera sebanyak 87 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan uji koefisien diterminan (R2 ) dan uji jalur koefisien, melalui software statistic Smart PLS 3.0, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 66,4%. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
