Abstract

This redesign is based on the use of warehouses that require columns of long spans. The relationship with long spans of structures is the selection of structural systems used, the use of the Castellated Beam system in long span buildings is suitable for application. This Final Project takes the case on PT.Nagata warehouse building located in Tangerang city with building data: length 42m x span of 20m height 10m, whole structure using IWF steel. This redesign involves changing the plan to a length of 66m x span of 40m height 8,79m with a Castellated Beam system for rafter and H-Beam for column with configuration of the building form following the initial building data. Planning using LRFD system with reference to SNI-1726-2012 for earthquake, SNI1727-2013 for minimum loading and SNI-1729-2015 specification of structural steel building. In structure design assisted by using software program SAP 2000 V.19 for analysis structure and AUTOCAD for drawing structural analysis results. Keywords: warehouse, long span, Castellated Beam system structure. Perancangan ulang ini didasarkan mengenai pemanfaatan bangunan warehouse yang membutuhkan ruangan bebas kolom dengan bentang panjang Hubungan dengan struktur bangunan bentang panjang yaitu pemilihan sistem struktur yang dipakai, pemakaian sistem Castellated Beam pada bangunan bentang panjang cocok untuk diaplikasikan.. Tugas Akhir ini mengambil kasus pada bangunan warehouse PT.Nagata yang terletak di kota Tangerang dengan data bangunan : panjang42m x bentang 20m tinggi 10m, seluruh struktur menggunakan baja IWF. Perancangan ulang ini meliputi perubahan plan menjadi panjang 66m x bentang 40m tinggi 8,79m dengan sistem castellated Beam untuk rafter dan H-Beam untuk kolom dengan konfigurasi bentuk bangunan mengikuti data bangunan awal. Perencanaan menggunakan sistem LRFD dengan mengacu pada SNI-1726-2012 untuk gempa, SNI-1727-2013 untuk pembebanan minimum dan SNI-1729-2015 spesifikasi bangunan gedung baja struktural.Dalam perancangan struktur dibantu dengan menggunakan program software SAP 2000 V.19 untuk analisa struktur serta AUTOCAD untuk penggambaran hasil analisa struktur. Kata kunci : warehouse, bentang panjang, struktur sistem Castellated Beam.
