Abstract
Every construction project must have a risk of work accidents. The complexity of the project tends to add to that level of risk, judging by the number of cuttings involved, including the use of new methods and technologies. Therefore, a management is needed in order to be able to manage the project path properly. This includes K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) risk management. The objectives and objectives of K3 risk management (Occupational safety and health) are the creation of a K3 (Occupational safety and health) system in the workplace that involves all parties so as to prevent and reduce accidents and occupational diseases and the creation of a safe workplace. Efficient and productive. This research will be conducted to identify the risk of K3. K3 risk assessment and K3 risk control strategy in the construction of MRT Jakarta Phase 2 Monas Station. From the results of this study, there are 35 variables and all of them are identified as the risk of work accidents that can occur. Based on the assessment of K3 risk, it is known that 18 variables / 51.43% are high risk or high risk and 17 variables / 48.57% are medium risk medium risk. Setiap Pembangunan proyek konstruksi pasti mamiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Kompleksitas proyek cenderung menambah tingkat risiko tersebut, dilihat dari jumlah stekeholder yang terlibat, termasuk penggunaan metode dan teknologi baru. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu manajemen agar dapat mengatur jalan proyek dengan baik. Termasuk Pula manajemen risiko K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja). Tujuan dan sasaran manajemen risiko K3 (Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja) adalah terciptanya sistem K3 (Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja) di tempat kerja yang melibatkan segala pihak sehingga dapat mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja san terciptanya tempat kerja yang aman. Efisien dan produktif. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan identifikasi risiko K3. Penilaian risiko K3 serta strategi pengendalian terhadap risiko K3 pada pembangunan MRT Jakarta Fase 2 Stasiun Monas. Dari Hasil penilitian ini terdapat 35 variabel dan semuanya teridentifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi. Berdasarkan penilaian terhadap risiko K3 diketahui 18 variabel / 51.43% berisiko tinggi atau high risk dan 17 variabel / 48.57% berisiko sedang medium risk.
