Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid. The population in this study were employee of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid. The sample in this study amounted to 38 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study used Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of leadership style, work environment, and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid. Key Words : Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Loyalty, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Loyalitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rasyid.
