Abstract
The research aims to identity the influences of workload, work conflict, and work dicipline towards employee performance in PT. Milenia Multivisi. The subjects in this study is were employees in PT. Milenia Multivisi. The sample used in this study was 70 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling. By using descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form SEM-PLS. The research result were indicated that workload has positive and significant effect on employee performance, work conflict has not significant effect on employee performance and work dicipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: workload, work conflict, dicipline, employee performance, organizational behavior, human resources management. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Milenia Multivisi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Milenia Multivisi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci :Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Perilaku Organisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia
