Abstract

Problem of the quality of in a company, specially company of area of manufacture have to become especial priority in is productive. Because quality of a product will become emulation of business with other company which major the quality of in result of its production. For That, PT. Prima Inreksa Industries have to continue to improve the quality of from product which yielded. In writing of Final Duty, writer wish to know the quality of produced shoe pursuant to taken sample and trace causality from the happening of defect product. Product the analysed shoe of Adidas model Super Star 2 K IS. Resolving method the used acceptance of sample Final of Inspection with ANSI /ASQC Z1.4 1993, by taking some sample of purchasing amount ordered. From amount of used sample can be analysed to determine producer risk (α), consumer risk (β), assess AOQL. In sample at Final Inspection there are defect product at process of stitching, the defect analysed to look for cause is problem of with causality diagram (Cause - Effect Diagram). From result of causality diagram, can be conducted planning repair of problem with method 5W+1H. with this method can be blocked in action able to be conducted for to overcome of the problem of handicap that happened. Expected processed by data will give information which good for improving system or performance operation of quality to company and add satisfaction to consumer. Masalah kualitas dalam suatu perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan dibidang manufaktur harus menjadi prioritas utama dalam berproduksi. Karena kualitas suatu produk akan menjadi persaingan bisnis dengan perusahaan lain yang mengutamakan kualitas dalam hasil produksinya. Untuk itu, PT. Prima Inreksa Industries harus terus meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis ingin mengetahui kualitas sepatu yang diproduksi berdasarkan sample yang diambil dan menelusuri sebab akibat dari terjadinya produk cacat. Produk yang dianalisa adalah sepatu Adidas model Super Star 2 K IS. Metode pemecahan yang digunakan adalah penerimaan sample pada Final Inspection dengan ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 1993, dengan mengambil beberapa sample dari jumlah pesanan pembelian. Dari jumlah sample yang digunakan dapat dianalisa untuk menentukan risiko produsen (α), risiko konsumen (β), nilai AOQL. Dalam sample pada Final Inspection terdapat produk yang cacat pada proses stitching, cacat tersebut dianalisa untuk mencari penyebab masalah dengan diagram sebab akibat (Cause – Effect Diagram). Dari hasil diagram sebab akibat, dapat dilakukan perencanaan perbaikan masalah dengan metode 5W+1H. dengan metode ini dapat dibuat rencana tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menaggulangani masalah cacat yang terjadi. Diharapkan data yang diolah akan memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja atau sistem pengendalian kualitas bagi perusahaan dan menambah kepuasan bagi konsumen.
