Abstract
This study aims to explain about how ethical leadership and ethical climate affect on employee’s turnover intention in West Jakarta. This study using a sample of 187 emplyees. The result found that ethical leadership and ethical climate significantly affect on employee’s turnover intention in West Jakarta 24.2%. Ethical leadership and ethical climate negatively affect on employee’s turnover intention. Key Words: ethical leadership, ethical climate, and turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ethical leadership dan ethical climate terhadap turnover intention karyawan perusahaan di Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 187 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pengaruh ethical leadership dan ethical climate secara simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan perusahaan di Jakarta Barat sebesar 24.2. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari ethical leadership terhadap turnover intention sebesar 20.66% sedangkan sumbangan efektif dari ethical climate terhadap turnover intention hanya sebesar 3.62%. Hasil koefisien regresi bersifat negatif (berlawanan) yang artinya apabila ethical leadership dan ethical climate menurun, maka turnover intention akan mengalami kenaikan, dan sebaliknya.
