Abstract
ABSTRACT The research entitled "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Study at St. Carolus Hospital Jakarta)" aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction. on the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), this study was also to find out which independent variable had the most influence on the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The subjects of this study were 60 doctors who worked at St. Carolus Jakarta. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 program, the results of this study indicate that partially there is no positive and significant influence on the variables of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB and partially there is an effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Simultaneously, the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on doctors at St. Carolus Hospital, Jakarta. keywords: Leadership Transformational, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan Judul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Pada Rumah Sakit St Carolus Jakarta)” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui variabel bebas mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior, subjek penelitian ini adalah 60 orang dokter yang bekerja di rumah sakit St. Carolus Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Secara Simultan variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada dokter di rumah sakit St. Carolus Jakarta.
