Abstract
This syudy aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work environment and transformational leadership on organizational leadership commitment in the study of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk KCU Green Garden Branch. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk KCU Green Garden Branch. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using quantitative inferential and causality research. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi studi pada karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk Cabang KCU Green Garden. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Central Asia.Tbk Cabang KCU Green Garden. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif inferensia dan kausalitas. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi.
