Abstract

In construction projects, there are many things that need to be managed properly, one of which is workers or builders. Worker productivity determines the success of the implementation of the construction project schedule, because it has an impact on the suitability of the construction schedule planning with the progress of construction work in the field, where the construction schedule with the progress of construction work will affect the duration and cost of the project. The amount of productivity shows the ability of the workforce to complete the specified quantity of work. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors affect the productivity of workers and to find out how much productivity is produced. This research was carried out on the construction project of the Ruang Makan Perwira Kowal – Jakarta. Research procedure starts from the preparation and adoption of the independent variables as factors that influence and the subsequent manufacture of a structure questionnaire as a research instrument for collecting data. The method used to find the relationship between the productivity and the factors that influenced are method of multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (ANOVA) and the coefficient of determination with the help of statistical application SPSS version 26. Other methods that also used to analyze data is the validity and reliability test which is used towards the questionnaire. The results of the research data processing show that there are two independent variables that significantly affect the dependent variable (productivity), namely the experience variable with a t-count value (2.615) > t table (1.771), the number of dependents in the family with a t-count value (1.960) > t table (1,771). Simultaneously independent variables affect the dependent variable productivity as seen from the results of the F ANOVA test where the calculated F value (4300) > F table (4.150). For the results of the average productivity of labor in the field, the average productivity level of LUR is 76.55% > 50%. This shows that the productivity level of the facade wall work in the construction project of the Kowal Officers Dining Room is quite productive and satisfying. Pada proyek konstruksi dalam pengerjaan suatu proyek banyak hal yang perlu dikelola dengan baik, salah satunya ialah pekerja atau tukang. Produktivitas pekerja menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan jadwal proyek konstruksi, karena berdampak kepada kesesuaian perencanaan jadwal konstruksi dengan progres pekerjaan konstruksi di lapangan, dimana jadwal konstruksi dengan progres pekerjaan konstruksi akan berpengaruh pada durasi dan biaya proyek. Besarnya produktivitas menunjukkan kemampuan tenaga kerja dalam menyelesaikan kuantitas pekerjaan yang ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga pekerja dan mengetahui seberapa besar produktivitas yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Ruang Makan Perwira Kowal – Jakarta. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari penyusunan dan penetapan variable-variabel bebas sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi dan selanjutnya pembuatan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam mencari hubungan antara produktivitas dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah metode analisa regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F (ANOVA) dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi statistic yaitu SPSS versi 26. Adapun metode analisa data lain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validasi dan realibilitas yang digunakan dalam kuesioner. Hasil dari pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua variabel bebas yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas) yaitu variabel pengalaman dengan nilai t hitung (2,615) > t tabel (1,771), jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga dengan nilai t hitung (1,960) > t tabel (1,771). Secara simultan variabel-variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen produktivitas terlihat dari hasil uji F ANOVA dimana nilai F hitung (4300) > F tabel (4,150). Untuk hasil rata-rata produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan didapat besarnya tingkat produktivitas rata-rata LUR adalah 76,55 % > 50 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pekerjaan dinding facade pada proyek pembangunan Ruang Makan Perwira Kowal cukup produktif dan memuaskan.
