Abstract

The success of the organization is largely determined by employees, because employees are the main resource of the organization that mobilizes and manages other resources. With such conditions, the existence of employees as the main asset of the organization needs to be maintained in such a way that it remains in prime condition. One important factor that needs to be properly maintained is the timeliness of project implementation. This is where the importance of the role of human resources, because they are the ones who handle and process as well as engineer and so on to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze: 1) Analyzing the competencies possessed by the project team employees of PT. Trada Stetika; 2) Knowing whether HR hard skills have a direct effect on the time performance of PT. Trada Stetika and 3) Knowing whether HR soft skills have a direct effect on the time performance of PT. Stetika Trada. The population in this study were 40 respondents, using a saturated sample, the entire population was sampled in this study. All samples are employees of the Kemang Warehouse Construction Project. Competence has a direct and positive effect on time performance, the better a company's competence on human resources, the more the company's performance will increase during project implementation. Hard skills have a direct positive effect on time performance, the better the hard skills of HR in a company, the more the company's performance will increase during project implementation. Soft skills have a direct positive effect on time performance, the better the soft skills of a company's HR, the higher the company's performance during project implementation. There is an effect of Competence (X1), hard skills (X2) and soft skills (X3) together on time performance (Y). Kata kunci: kinerja waktu, pemberdayaan, kompetensi, hard skill dan soft skill Keberhasilan organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh karyawan, karena karyawan merupakan sumber daya utama organisasi yang menggerakan dan mengelola sumber daya yang lain. Dengan kondisi seperti itu, maka eksistensi karyawan sebagai aset utama organisasi perlu dijaga sedemikian rupa supaya tetap dalam kondisi prima. Salah satu faktor penting yang perlu dijaga dengan baik adalah dalam hal ketepatan kinerja waktu pelaksaan proyek. Di sinilah pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia, karena merekalah yang menangani dan berproses serta merekayasa dan sebagainya untuk mencapai kinerja maksimal, Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Menganalisis kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan tim proyek PT. Trada Stetika; 2) Mengetahui Apakah hard skill SDM berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja waktu Karyawan tim proyek PT. Trada Stetika dan 3) Mengetahui Apakah soft skill SDM berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja waktu Karyawan tim proyek PT. Trada Stetika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh sampel merupakan karyawan Proyek Pembuatan Gudang Kemang. Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja waktu, makin baik Kompetensi suatu perusahaan terhadap SDM, maka semakin meningkat kinerja perusahaan dalam waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Hard skill berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja waktu, makin baik hard skill SDM dalam suatu perusahaan maka semakin meningkat kinerja perusahaan dalam waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Soft skill berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja waktu, makin baik soft skill SDM suatu perusahaan maka semakin meningkat kinerja perusahaan dalam waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi (X1), hard skill (X2) dan soft skill (X3) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja waktu (Y) semakin tinggi Kompetensi, hard skill dan soft skill karyawan dalam perusahaan maka semakin meningkat kinerja perusahaan dalam waktu pelaksanaan proyek.
