Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari keempat variabel yaitu mengetahui disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 104 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai This research aims to determine the effect of the four variable, namely knowing work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of Bandung City Health Office employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Bandung City Health Office, amounting to 104 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are samled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
