Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan bagian service PT. Berca Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Sunter Jakarta Utara. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sience versi 24 (SPSS 24). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sikap disiplin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Sikap Disiplin, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline, leadership style, and employee training on employee performance. The population in this study were 40 service employees of PT. Berca Mandiri Perkasa Sunter Branch, North Jakarta. The sample used is 40 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Sampling method using Saturated Sampling. The data collection method used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Statistical Package for Social Sience version 24 (SPSS 24). This study proves that the attitude of discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
