Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance in improving the quality of employee performance. This type of research is a survey research conducted at PT. Xerography Indonesia, which is located on Jl. Gandaria 1, No.3 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. This research was conducted on 90 employees using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis, in this test using a saturated sample because the population is small. This study uses Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that the t-statistical test of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, And Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang dilakukan pada PT. Xerography Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jl. Gandaria 1, No.3 Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik, dalam uji ini menggunakan sample jenuh karena jumlah populasi ini sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t-statistic gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
