Abstract

How to design a cultural park that can answer the needs of the community and especially art activists to preserve culture so that this cultural park can be a place for cultural preservation that is favored by every element of society. owned by the city of Yogyakarta is quite diverse. One of the potential that stands out is the potential of the city of Yogyakarta as a tourism center. The city of Yogyakarta is often a destination for vacations both by tourists from within the country and from abroad. One of the factors that encourage many tourists to vacation in Yogyakarta is the unique culture that does not exist in other areas. Apart from using the green architectural approach in the design of the Sleman cultural park, and the application of the Neo-Vernacular design, the basic concepts applied to the design of the Sleman cultural park area. material that has a natural impression and has a high art, by applying a neo vernacular design this building has a building model that follows the culture of the area and is given an architectural touch that creates beauty. The word culture itself is a way of life that develops and is shared by a group of people, and passed down from generation to generation. Culture is made up of many complex elements, including religious and political systems, customs, languages, tools, buildings, and works of art. Language as well as culture, is an inseparable part of humans so that many people tend to think it is inherited genetically. Keywords Cultural Park, Design, Yogyakarta, Vernacular Architecture Bagaimana merancang taman budaya yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat dan khususnya para pegiat seni untuk melestarikan budaya sehingga taman budaya ini bisa menjadi wadah dalam pelestarian budaya yang digemari setiap elemen masyarakat Tujuan dari perancangan taman budaya ini Dapat dijadikan referensi atau acuan perancangan taman budaya yang akan dibangunPotensi yang dimiliki kota Yogyakarta cukup beragam. Salah satunya potensi yang menonjol adalah potensi kota Yogyakarta sebagai pusat pariwisata. Kota Yogyakarta sering menjadi tujuan untuk berlibur baik oleh wisatawan dari dalam negri maupun dari luar negri. Salah satu factor yang mendorong banyaknya wisatawan untuk berlibur ke Yogyakarta adalah culturenya yang sangat unik tidak ada di daerah lain. Selain menggunakan pendekan arsitektur hijau dalam perancangan taman budaya Sleman, dan penerapan desain Neo- Vernakular konsep dasar yang diterapkan pada perancangan kawasan taman budaya Sleman Konsep materialnya menggunakan material yang memiliki kesan natural dan memiliki seni yang tinggi, dengan menerapkan desain neo vernacular bangunan ini memiliki model bangunan yang mengikuti culture daerah tersebut dan diberi sentuhan arsitektur yang menciptakan keindahan. Kata budaya sendiri adalah suatu cara hidup yang berkembang dan dimiliki bersama oleh sebuah kelompok orang, dan diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi. Budaya terbentuk dari banyak unsur yang rumit, termasuk sistem agama dan politik, adat istiadat bahasa, perkakas, bangunan , dan karya seni. Bahasa sebagaimana juga budaya, merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari manusia sehingga banyak orang cenderung mengangapnya diwariskan secara genetis.
