Abstract

Semarang is the capital city of Central Java. The economy of Semarang is quite large it canbeen seen from the growth of factories, the production at Tanjung Emas pert and the number of on going projects. There are a lot of vehicles that has a role in the distribution of goods in semarang. It makes Ungaran-Bawen toll road experience long raffic. It decreases the quality and durability the pavement structure Klepu weighbridge showed that 3.644 vehicles has an average overload of 5,17%. By judging the Remeaning Life method, the remeaning age of the pavement Ungaran-Bawen toll road is 70,29% of 20 years. The amount is worth 14 years and 20 days. In this analysis, it is known that group vehicles 2 with 1-2 axis configurations a reduction in the age of toll road plan ungaran-bawen 22,15 % , or diminished 4 years 5 months 7 days , because goals 2 ( 1-2 ) having the number of these the burden of sole ( ESAL ) 24.468.482,17 .Where the value of many of the number of esal was more for the other groups. Keywords : Overload, ESAL, Remaining Life Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu daerah di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki letak yang stretegis dan kegiatan perekonomian yang berkembang pesat, dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan pabrik-pabrik, semakin meningkatnya produksi pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas dan banyaknya proyek yang sedang berjalan. Banyaknya kendaraan angkutan barang yang berperan penting terhadap pendistribusian barang di wilayah Semarang dan sekitarnya. Membuat jalan tol Ungaran-Bawen mengalami pembebanan lalu lintas yang berlebih, yang berakibat pada menurunnya kualitas serta keawetan struktur perkerasan..Dari data jembatan timbang Klepu dapat diketahui, bahwa overloading pada 3.644 kendaraan yang di timbang memiliki rata-rata overload 5,17%. Ditinjau dengan metode Remaining Life, umur sisa perkerasan jalan tol Ungara-Bawen sebesar 70,29% dari umur rencana 20 tahun. Besaran tersebut senilai dengan 14 tahun 20 hari. Dalam analisis ini diketahaui bahwa kendaraan berat golongan 2 dengan konfigurasi sumbu 1-2 menyebabkan pengurangan umur rencana Jalan Tol Ungaran-Bawen sebesar 22,15%, atau berkurang 4 tahun 5 bulan 7 hari, Karena gol 2 (1-2) memiliki jumlah ekivalen beban tunggal (ESAL) senilai 24.468.482,17. Dimana nilai tersebut lebih banyak diantara jumlah ESAL pada golongan lain. Kata Kunci : Beban Berlebih, ESAL, Sisa Umur Jalan.
