Abstract
This research aims to see the effects of age, work experience and gender on the effectiveness of using accounting information system. The object for this research is Mercu Buana University students employee class year 2014-2018. Research method used is quantitative method. Data samples were sorted with analytic in multiple linear regression test. Result of this research shows that working and gender have partially influence to the effectiveness use of the accounting information system. As for age, it doesn’t have influence on effectiveness use of the accounting information system. Keyword: Age, Work Experience, Gender, Effectiveness Accounting Information System Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh usia, pengalaman kerja dan gender terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana kelas karyawan tahun 2014-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah medote kuantitatif, sampel data diseleksi menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan gender berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Sedangkan, usia tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Kata kunci: Usia, Pengalaman kerja, Gender, Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi
