Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, serta hasil kinerja keseluruhan Departemen Quality Assurance (QA). Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode balanced scorecard (BSC) yakni pengukuran kinerja yang mampu menerjemahkan visi serta strategi organisasi kedalam suatu tindakan nyata. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni perspektif keuangan memperoleh skor 16.12% dan 17.32% dengan pencapaian nilai sedang, perspektif pelanggan memperoleh skor 13.37% dan 15.30% dengan pencapaian nilai sedang dan baik, perpsektif proses bisnis internal memperoleh skor 10.50% dengan pencapaian nilai baik, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan memperoleh skor 4%, 4.13%, dan 4.38% dengan pencapaian nilai baik dan sangat baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil kinerja Departemen QA memperoleh skor 85.12% dengan pencapaian nilai baik, namun pada perspektif keuangan dan perspektif pelanggan pencapaian nilai masih dalam rentang sedang sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan serta untuk perspektif yang nilai KPI nya memperoleh pencapaian nilai baik dan sangat baik perlu dilakukan pengembangan agar tidak terjadi penurunan kinerja. Kata kunci: pengukuran kinerja, balanced scorecard, perspektif ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the performance of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, growth and learning perspectives, and overall performance results of quality assurance department. This research used balanced scorecard method, that is performance engraving able to translate vision and organizational strategy into the real action. The result of this research is financial perspective get 16.12% and 17.32 score with medium achievement, customer perspective scored 13.37% and 15.30% with medium and good value achievement. Internal business process perspective scores 10.50% with good value achievement, learning and growth perspective earned values of 4%, 4.13%, and 4.385 respectively with good and excellent value achievement. This research concluded that overall result of Departement performance of QA get score 85.12% with good value achievement, but in financial perspective and customer perspective of achievement still in renting moderate so that need to be done improvement and for perspective that its KPI value get good and very good value achievement need development in order to avoid a decline in performance.
