Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze working time, work stress, and work fatigue on work desire and employee performance at PT Intan Metalindo. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all 75 employees of PT Intan Metalindo. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that working time had a negative and significant effect on the desire to leave. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on the desire to leave. Work fatigue has a positive and significant effect on the desire to leave. The demands of working time have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work fatigue has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the desire to leave has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Demand for working time, work stress, work fatigue, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis tuntutan waktu kerja, stres kerja, dan kelelahan bekerja terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Intan Metalindo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawab PT Intan Metalindo sebanyak 75 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tuntutan waktu kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Kelelahan bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Tuntutan waktu kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kelelahan bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta keinginan keluar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
