Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Shidqi Satrio Trengginas NIM : 41514310024 Pembimbing TA : Desi Ramayanti, S.Kom., MT Judul : Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Monitoring Mesin EDC Rusak Menggunakan Framework Laravel pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia(Persero),Tbk Perubahan teknologi yang pesat sangat berpengaruh pada lancarnya proses bisnis suatu perusahaan perbankan. Salah satunya adanya layanan mesin EDC. Setalah melakukan analisa pada aplikasi EDC Pro banyak mesin EDC yang tidak beroperasi dan kebanyakan diantaranya dikarenakan rusak, dari pihak perusahaan tidak menyediakan aplikasi untuk memonitoring mesin EDC yang sedang dalam perbaikan, Oleh sebab itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memonitoring kinerja perangkat EDC dengan aplikasi web monitoring mesin EDC yang rusak untuk kepentingan kelancaran dalam transaksi bisnis. Hal tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan tambahan aplikasi monitoring mesin EDC yang rusak berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework laravel, dengan tujuan utama aplikasi tersebut memantau sejauh mana proses mesin EDC yang rusak tersebut diperbaiki. Kata kunci: EDC, Web, Laravel. Bank Rakyat Indonesia(Persero),Tbk. Technological change rapidly has a profound effect on the business processes of a banking company. One of them is the EDC machine service. After analyzing the EDC Pro application, many EDC machines are not operating and most of them are damaged, the company does not provide applications to monitor EDC machines that are under repair, therefore, it is important for companies to monitor device performance EDC with a damaged EDC machine web monitoring application for the sake of fluency in business transactions. This can be resolved with the addition of a damaged EDC machine monitoring application based on the web using the Laravel framework, with the main purpose of the application being to monitor the extent to which the damaged EDC machine process was repaired.
