Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of leadership style, training and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 150 employees of PT CSM Corporatama (Indorent). The sample used is 110 employees. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research. Techniques for testing data using Slovin. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. From the results of this study it was determined that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of the inner weight of each 0.520; 0.189; 0.265 and the value of the coefficient of determination or R Square of 50.7%, the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other indicators. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan PT CSM Corporatama (Indorent). Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 110 karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik untuk pengujian data menggunakan Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditetapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai inner weight masing-masing 0,520; 0,189; 0,265 dan nilai koefisien determinasi atau R Square sebesar 50,7%, sisanya 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh indikator lain.
