Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data tingkat sakit di PT. UC terdapat 18,9% operator loading benang memiliki keluhan nyeri otot. Hal tersebut diakibatkan karena postur kerja yang tidak alamiah, sehingga harus dilakukan analisa postur kerja terhadap operator. Penilaian postur kerja menggunakan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan identifikasi keluhan menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Hal ini dilakukan agar mengetahui tingkat resiko pada operator loading benang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah Mengetahui tingkat resiko operator loading benang menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) dan memberikan ususalan metode kerja maupun usulan alat, dengan harapan dapat menurunkan tingkat resiko pekerja. Skor REBA dari penelitian ini ialah mengambil benang dari bawah (10) memasukan benang ke dalam creel 7 (9) menarik benang yang sudah di pasang (9) , menyambung benang, dangan cara di ikat (9). Solusi perbaikan dari hasil penelitian ini ialah penggunaan tangga, untuk menyesuaikan ketinggian operator, dengan dimensi Panjang tangga = 45 cm, Lebar tangga = 45cm, dan tinggi tangga = 40 cm. This is caused by a non-natural work posture, so the posture analysis of the operator must be done. Assessment of work posture using Rapid All Body Assessment (REBA) and complaint assessment using Nordic Body Map (NBM). This is done to determine the importance of the operator loading the thread. Knowing the level of risk the operator is loading uses the REBA (Rapid All Body Assessment) method and provides a method of working colonization in accordance with what is provided, in the hope of increasing the level of workers. The REBA score from this study takes threads from below (10) inserting threads into creels 7 (9) pulling threads that have been installed (9), connecting the threads, with the bonding method (9). The remedial solution from the results of this study is about the use of stairs, to adjust the height of the operator, with dimensions of Ladder Length = 45 cm, Width of stairs = 45 cm, and height of stairs = 40 cm.
