Abstract
ABSTRACT PT. Sistemjau Mandiri Prakarsa in improving customer service on a regular basis has been evaluating and improving business processes at the end of each period. The evaluation is intended to seek improvement in the process of repairing computer rental services. Based on the results of the evaluation will be obtained a description of the value of experts during a period. The ongoing lease reporting computer process has several obstacles. Because the computer rental reporting process is still done manually. To overcome these problems required a system change from the manual computer rental reporting system into a web-based leased computer reporting system. Thus, all the processes in the lease kimputer reporting activities can be done online, both in the process of input computer rental, complaints and presentation of reports. The existence of pelopran computer rental activities are done online can help in monitoring computer to get the best brand recommendation and computer type using customer report data. System development approach using Waterfall model with use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram as design tool and PHP and MySql as computer coding tool. Keywords: Reporting Computer Rent, Customer, Expert, Waterfall ABSTRAK PT. Sistemjau Mandiri Prakarsa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap customer secara berkala sudah melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan proses bisnis di setiap akhir periode. Evaluasi tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengupayakan peningkatan dalam proses pelayanan perbaikan komputer sewa. Bredasarkan hasil evaluasi akan diperoleh gambaran dari nilai tenaga ahli selama satu periode. Proses pelaporan komputer sewa yang sedang berjalan memiliki beberapa hambatan. Karena proses pelaporan komputer sewa masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perubahan sistem yaitu dari sistem pelaporan komputer sewa manual menjadi sistem pelaporan komputer sewa berbasis web. Dengan demikian maka semua proses dalam kegiatan pelaporan kimputer sewa dapat dilakukan secara online, baik dalam proses input komputer sewa, keluhan maupun penyajian laporan. Adanya kegiatan pelopran komputer sewa yang dilakukan secara online dapat membantu dalam melakukan monitoring komputer untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi merek dan tipe komputer terbaik dengan menggunakan data laporan customer. Pendekatan pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram sebagai alat perancangan serta PHP dan MySql sebagai alat pengkodean komputer.
