Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, stress kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang secara parsial. Pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, stress kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang secara simultan. Pengumpulan data melalui survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dan hipotetis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.165 dan nilai sig sebesar 0.004. hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang negatif antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -3.832 dan nilai sig sebesar 0.001. Adanya pengaruh yang positif antara stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.455 dan nilai sig sebesar 0.002. Adanya pengaruh yang positif antara konflik kerja kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 18.043 dan nilai sig sebesar 0.000. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, stress kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang dengan hasil uji F didapat nilai F hitung sebesar 1022.525 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Adapun analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh angka R2 sebesar = 0,993 (99 %). The study results also showed that the negative effect of leadership style on employee productivity PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang with t value at -3832 and sig of 0001 . The existence of a positive influence between work stress on employee productivity PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang with t value of 3,455 and sig value of 0.002 . The existence of a positive influence between work conflict work on employee productivity PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang with t value of 18 043 and sig of 0.000. The results showed that there were simultaneous influence work motivation , leadership style , job stress and work conflict on employee productivity PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang F test results obtained with the calculated F value of 1022.525 with a significance level of 0.000 .
