Abstract
ABSTRAK The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of compensation and competency moderated by motivation towards performance. The object of this research is Soldier of Tentara National Indonesia with a sample of 70 people with the observation period from April to May 2016. The independent variable in this research is Leadership and Motivation, while the dependent variable is Performance. The data analysis of this research uses a classical assumption test. The results of this research indicate that partially the respective Leadership and Motivation affect the performance.. Keywords: Competence, compensation, performance, motivation, moderate variables. ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja. Obyek penelitiannya adalah Prajurit TNI yang berdinas di Babek TNI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang dengan periode pengamatan April-Mei 2016. Variabel independen adalah Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja sedangkan variabel dependennya Kinerja. Analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing Kepemimpinan maupun motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja.
